I did a “what I wear” post back in the winter time and thought I’d do one for summer! I like dressing for work during the summer because I can just put on a dress and call it a day. It’s a hassle to have to match tops and pants every day.

Denim jacket—Kohl’s
Sleeveless dress (with pockets!)—Old Navy
Black Vince Camuto heeled sandals—QVC
Pink statement necklace—Claire’s

Red jumpsuit (with pockets!)—QVC (I also just ordered it in blue and yellow.)
Tan Sam Edelman sandals—DSW

Gray t-shirt dress—a local little gift store
Tan Sam Edelman sandals—DSW (I wear these sandals a lot because they’re comfy and there’s no toe post.)
Blue flower statement necklace—Charming Charlie

Olive green dress (with pockets!)—Target
Tan wedges—DSW (I’ve had these for years, like sophomore year of college, and I decided to bring them back because they’re actually fairly comfortable.)

Flowered dress—Walmart
Red Marc Fisher heeled sandals—QVC
So, as you can tell, I like things with pockets. Not only are they good for snacks, but when I’m out walking on campus, I can put my ID in there and not have to worry about carrying it. (Side note: it took me nine months and one day of employment to lock myself out of my office. Thankfully, we have a spare set of keys. The irony is that I never forgot my keys when I was a student and lived on campus.)
What’s your summer wardrobe look like?
I love the jumpsuit! So cute! I typically wear pants these days since my office is freezing. And I usually go with a pair of sandals since they are comfier for my walk to work!

Thankfully my office isn’t too cold but I keep a cardigan on the back of my chair just in case. Sandals are always good. If I wear heeled sandals I sometimes throw a pair of dressy flip flops or another pair of flat sandals in my bag just in case.

You are the cutest thing! omg I love all these outfits! I can’t wait to go shopping for my work clothes, although I hate shopping so I also kind of can wait lol it’s complicated.

I found a great shirt in walmart for only $15 the other day but I didn’t have my shopping money with me lol couldn’t buy it! But I’ll get it when I go shopping for clothes

I love the pantsuit but how do you wear a bra with it?

The shoulder straps are wide enough that I can wear a normal one with it, thankfully. There’s full coverage on the back, so no bra straps are seen.
