I started this blog in March 2015, during my junior year of college. I had written a few articles for other online publications, but I wanted to self-publish mostly because I would be able to write whatever I wanted and not have to go through some pitch process or not even have my work published after submission.

I wasn’t as consistent as I wished I could have been during college and even after graduation. Maybe I didn’t have much to say. But I started writing again in January of this year, and I realized tonight that I’ve been posting consistently for the last seven months. (I also realized that we’re more than half way through this year!)

I wanted to give a quick thanks to all of the bloggers that have either followed me for a while or have recently started to follow me. I really like reading what you guys have to share about your lives, and every like and comment is appreciated. My writing is all over the place, probably because I’m all over the place. It’s been great to connect with all of you over this platform.

My plan is to continue to post two to three posts a week, and I do schedule some out in advance (like this one) if I know I’m going to be busy or scooping at night. But I’m always checking here to see everyone’s new posts and reply to comments.

I doubt I’ll ever be able to call myself a blogger or become an influencer because I’m not all that interesting. All I do is yell about sports, anyway, and I’m not sure there’s a market for that. It’s just sometimes I have things to say about relationships, friendships, writing, post-grad life, sports, really anything, and I’m glad I have this outlet to share them with others. (Although sometimes I feel like I’m yelling into the clouds.)
