In honor of the Boston Red Sox winning the World Series five years ago (#BostonStrong), here’s where all of the players are now. (Thanks to Wikipedia for all of the info.)

Alfredo Aceves: Ended up playing in the Mexican Baseball League and is a free agent after being released last summer.

Andrew Bailey: Retired earlier this year and is an instant replay coordinator and coaching assistant for the Angels.

Daniel Bard: Went to the Cubs, Rangers, back to the Cubs, Pirates, Cardinals, and Mets before retiring in January of this year. Hired by the Diamondbacks as a franchise player mentor (whatever that actually means).

Pedro Beato: Have no clue who he is but he last signed a minor league contract with the Phillies in December 2017.

Craig Breslow: To my surprise, he’s still playing baseball for the Jays. (Also still a proud owner of a molecular biophysics and biochemistry degree from Yale.)

Drake Britton: Playing for the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs in the Atlantic League.

Clay Buchholz: Pitching for the Diamondbacks and giving up a homerun to Pablo Sandoval.

Rubby De La Rosa: Also in the Diamondbacks organization.

Jose De La Torre: Don’t know who this is either, but is a free agent in the Mexican Baseball League.

Ryan Dempster: Analyzing color for MLB Network since 2014.

Felix Doubront: In the KBO League, which is the highest level baseball league in South Korea.

Joel Hanrahan: Hung up his cleats in November 2016 and is the pitching coach for the Pirate’s Class A team.

John Lackey: Free agent. Who wouldn’t want to lock down that stud?

Jon Lester: Still not picking off players on first base on the Cubs.

Andrew Miller: Being 6’7″ on the Indians.

Franklin Morales: Oh, another free agent in the Mexican Baseball League.

Clay Mortensen: Playing in the minors for the Royals.

Jake Peavy: Somewhere on his duck boat as a free agent.

Junichi Tazawa: Playing for the Marlins.

Matt Thornton: Retired in November 2016.

Koji Uehara: Being Koji over in the Japan as part of Nippon Professional Baseball (the highest level in the country).

Brayan Villarreal: Never heard of him before but he became a free agent after the 2014 season, so not sure if he should just retire… (Also, he only threw four pitches for the Sox in 2013 and it qualified him for a World Series ring.)

Allen Webster: Playing in the Cubs organization.

Alex Wilson: Pitching for the Tigers.

Brandon Workman: Still playing for the Red Sox?!

Steven Wright: Still plays for the Red Sox and isn’t a good baserunner as he suffered a shoulder injury in 2016. (Also never knew he played for the Sox in ’13.)

Ryan Lavarnway: 90% sure he’s retired now. Playing in the Pirates organization.

David Ross: Being Grandpa Ross and doing endorsements.

Jarrod Saltalamacchia: Somewhere in the Tigers organization.

Xander Bogaerts: Still playing shortstop for the Red Sox and being Bogey.

Mike Carp: Released by the O’s in 2016, so assuming he’s not playing anymore.

Pedro Ciriaco: Yet another free agent in the Mexican Baseball League.

Jonathan Diaz: Playing for the Yanks.

Stephen Drew: Hanging out with his brother, J.D., in retirement.

Brock Holt: 1/2 of the now nonexistent Flow Bros

Jose Iglesias: Off being Baby Jacoby with the Tigers.

John McDonald: Retired in January 2015.

Will Middlebrooks: Plays for the Phillies, rehabbing from a knee injury, and still married to Jenny Dell and not me.

Mike Napoli: No longer wandering around Boston drunk and shirtless. Playing for Tito with the Indians.

Dustin Pedroia: Being Pedey and still on the Sox.

Brandon Snyder: Playing for the Rays.

Quintin Berry: Playing for the Brew Crew.

Jackie Bradley Jr.: Still plays for the Red Sox and covering a lot of ground in the outfield

Jacoby Ellsbury: Not worth his 7-year, $153 million contract with the Yankees.

Jonny Gomes: Part-time NESN announcer and full-time BA.

Daniel Nava: In the Pirates organization.

Shane Victorino: Pretty sure he’s retired and still being the Flyin’ Hawaiian.

David Ortiz: Retired but still hanging around the Red Sox organization because he’s awesome.
